Hello friends,
First of all I
would like to welcome you all to my blog site, Like everyone else I also keep
on reading so many instructions and formulations on whatsapp and Face book and
other platforms. Sometimes the information is from the experts, that sounds
good and effective , but sometime the instructions and the messages are from
the persons who even do not know the ABC of that subject , so it creates lot of
problem sometime to the users , as every person is different in constitution .
I being a practitioner
in AYURVEDA and serving the humanity
since 1995, I thought I should share
some genuine advice or tips for the people who truly need our help and guidance
.So, I will be talking about details of problems one by one in coming articles.
According to Maharishi Charak, The Father of Ayurveda definition
of a healer or doctor is “those who are
accomplished in application, theory and knowledge of allied sciences and
success of treatment, are the true healers and in them is the glory of the
physician fully manifest”.
We should Find
out each and every possible reason responsible for the ailments, weather it is:
a. Physiological
b. Pathological
c. Psychological
d. Genetic
e. Related to Environmental or home conditions
f. Congenital
g. From the possession of god or demon
These all
categories are mentioned in Ayurveda.
According to
Maharishi Charak a perfect vaidya’s main aim is to bless his patients with
health, so he or she should take help of every allied science while treating a patient
(As patient is most important for a healer). So, One should take care of everything
and give treatment considering every factor so that patient gets full relief in
less time.
I will start with the basics of Ayurveda that
is Tridosha: Vata, Pita, Kapha. They
are three pillars of body, everything revolves around it. Ayurvedic body type
or constitution is the heart of Ayurveda’s approach to well-being. Knowing your
constitution allows you to maximize your quality of life, health and happiness
by following the recommendations for food and lifestyle for each constitution ,
fulfilling the main aim of AYURVEDA That
is
“SWASTHASYA SWAASTHYA RAKSHANAM”
Taking care of
the health of a healthy person .
Pulse diagnosis
is the best way to recognize one’s constitution, but you can get to know about
your nature by relating to the characteristics, we are providing here for your
reference.
You can download
our application with name Tridosha
Analysis by Pious Ayurveda. I am talking about the general characteristics
of each body type with general tendencies. So acquaint yourself with the main
constitutions and the self-discovery that is the pious joy of Ayurveda.
Nature of your Body
Nature is the
constitution of your body. It is the base of diagnosing a person according to
Ayurveda.
Prakriti has
been mentioned in details in Charak Samhita.
According to
Charak the writer of this tome Charak
Samhita mentions four main factors needed for bearing a healthy child.
These are:
·
Healthy sperm
·
Healthy Ovum
·
Healthy Uterus and healthy Genital Organs
·
Time (Perfect or Auspicious )
According to
Ayurvedic texts Nature is established at the time of conception that is the
time of fusion of sperm and ovum. Once formed Nature remains same throughout
the life of an individual. So parents should take care of this stage, when
there is fusion of egg and sperm. Charak
Samhita has full eight chapters of Viman
Sthan where full detail has been provided to guide you to be blessed with a
healthy child. We are guiding to be parents to prepare mentally and physically
for taking up the responsibility. For full information you can log on to
our website e-book section at www.piousayurveda.com.
The body is made
of five elements: - Space, Air, Fire Water and Earth. Physiologically, these
elements function as three bio-dynamic forces called Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
·
Kapha is responsible for anabolism.
·
Pitta is responsible for metabolism.
Vata is
responsible for catabolism.
How Panchtatva characters are related to Vata, Pitta and Kapha
will be taken up along with details of body types.
Smile when ever
you are conscious about yourself, Keep in mind you are the best creation of God
.
Till then stay healthy and blessed .
